Terms & Conditions

1. About this website

The sealpak.id website is operated by PT. Datindo Image Werks ("SEALPAK", "we"). The website content is provided as information about SEALPAK’s products and services.

2. Product information

We strive to keep the published specifications, variants and capacities accurate. Specifications may change as products are developed; the latest version is always the one listed on the website. Printed colours may differ slightly from how they appear on screen.

The custom print production lead time (generally 14–21 working days after artwork approval) is a general estimate, not a guarantee — it depends on the production queue and the complexity of the artwork.

3. Orders

• Plain products — ordered per pack (25/50 pcs per pack) with no minimum order, via WhatsApp, Shopee or Tokopedia. Transactions through a marketplace are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform.
• Custom print — minimum order of 1,000 pcs. Orders are processed after the specifications have been agreed and the artwork has been approved in writing (via WhatsApp/email). The artwork approval serves as the reference for production; changes made after approval may affect cost and schedule.

4. Prices and quotations

Prices are provided through an official quotation from the SEALPAK team and are valid for the period stated in that quotation. The content of this website is not a binding offer.

5. Delivery

We deliver throughout Indonesia. The delivery method, cost and estimated delivery time are agreed at the time of ordering.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website (text, product photos, the SEALPAK logo) is the property of PT. Datindo Image Werks. Client logos and brands shown are the property of their respective owners. For custom print orders, you warrant that the artwork you provide does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SEALPAK is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the latest version is always available on this page.
