This website is a static information website. We receive personal data only when you send it to us:

• Contact buttons on the website — this website has no forms. The WhatsApp, phone and email buttons only open the corresponding app on your device, so the data you send through those buttons neither passes through nor is stored on this website’s server.
• Direct communication — WhatsApp messages, phone calls or emails you send to our contacts, including any data you include (for example a delivery address or design files).
• Marketplace transactions — purchases via Shopee or Tokopedia are processed on the respective platform and are subject to that platform’s privacy policy.

How we use data

• Responding to enquiries and quotation requests
• Processing and delivering orders (including passing addresses on to courier services)
• Following up on custom print consultations (artwork, specifications, approval)

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any party. Data is shared only to the extent necessary to fulfil your order — for example, your name and address with the delivery service.

Cookies and analytics

The sealpak.id website currently does not set tracking cookies or use third-party analytics services. If we use them in the future (for example for visitor statistics), this page will be updated beforehand.

Storage

Communications you send are stored in our business email and WhatsApp services for as long as necessary to serve the business relationship, and can be deleted at your request insofar as this does not conflict with business record-keeping obligations.
